Leading land-led housebuilder, Chartway Partnerships Group is delighted to announce the appointment of Janan Clatworthy as the new Planning Manager. Janan brings over a decade of experience in strategic land promotion, planning management, and urban and rural planning. Her extensive background in both private and public sectors, including roles at Countryside Partnerships, and Tunbridge Wells Borough Council, makes her a valuable addition to our team.
Janan is a seasoned professional with a proven track record in assessing the feasibility of land development proposals, conducting land and development appraisals, and navigating planning applications, enforcement, and appeals. Her expertise extends to project management, urban and rural planning, and comprehensive knowledge of planning legislation at national and local levels.
Throughout her career, Janan has successfully led teams, managed client relationships, and delivered projects efficiently. Notable achievements include large-scale residential development, conversion schemes, care home projects, and strategic site promotions. Her involvement in eco-town proposals and consultation on planning policies demonstrates her commitment to sustainable and community-driven planning.
In her new role as Planning Manager at Chartway Partnerships Group, Janan will provide a comprehensive planning service, offering expertise in early-stage planning, development appraisals, and planning application submissions. She will collaborate closely with the Land and New Business Teams to support the development of new opportunities and contribute to the company’s growth.
