Tractor Driver
Apply nowWe are seeking an experienced Tractor Driver to become a part of a trusted and dedicated team. This role requires a strong commitment to safety, equipment care, and maintaining orchards to the highest standards.
Role includes, but is not limited to:
• Operating farm equipment (including forklifts, telehandlers, platforms, etc.) in line with experience and certification
• Conducting regular checks and maintaining all farm equipment in good working order
• Following the principles of safe handling and application of pesticides
• Ensuring spray application records are completed and up to date after each spray round
• Maintaining orchards to the highest possible standards
• Following company Health & Safety regulations at all times
Requirements :
• Previous experience in farming, horticulture, or orchard work preferred
• Experience operating tractors and spray equipment
• PA1, PA3 certification preferably but not mandatory
• Physically able to perform outdoor labour in varying weather conditions
• Valid driver’s licence
• Flexibility with working hours due to the seasonal and weather-dependent nature of the business
