We took part in Save the Children’s ‘Wear Your Christmas Jumper to Work’ event last week and are delighted to announce that we raised £390 from donations and a raffle.
Together, colleagues in our offices in the Group wore their funny, gaudy, and sparkly Christmas jumpers and each donated £2, which is being doubled by the Government, as agreed with the charity.
A free raffle ticket was given to everyone who took part in the event, and 8 won some lovely prizes which included Massage vouchers from Staplehurst Therapy Studio, Chocolates, wine, baked treats, pamper items and…. a cuddly toy!
Mary-Anne Staddon, Marketing and CSR Manager at Chartway Group said ‘We were pleased to be ale to support such an important charity, especially at this time of year. The event, was organised by Partnership Homes Co-Ordinator @vicihemming, and she did a great job of encouraging everyone to get their jumpers on for the day.’
