Reporting to Group Operations Director Gavin Hunt, Richard joins Chartway Construction to oversee all commercial aspects of the business and provide project support to the wider Chartway pre-construction team.
Richard joins Chartway Construction, part of the Chartway Partnerships Group, from Bromley based developer and contractor Skillcrown Homes where he worked with Housing Associations clients including Hyde, Optivo, Clarion, West Kent Housing alongside private development schemes constructed for private sale.
Based in the Chartway Kent office, Richard has extensive experience in the development of apartment led and mixed tenure housing schemes for affordable and private sale partners.
