Chartway Partnerships Group, a land-led housebuilder in South East England, today announces the promotion of Gavin Hunt to the position of Group Chief Operating Officer.
Since joining Chartway in 2022 to the role of Group Operations Director, Gavin has been working closely with Group CEO Steve Cresswell and the senior leadership team to drive operational change and commercial efficiencies at Chartway.
As Chief Operating Officer, Gavin will be responsible for the leadership of the Chartway Partnerships and Construction regional businesses, Health, Safety, Environmental, Quality and Customer Services teams as well as have oversight of the regional expansion of Chartway. Gavin will also be taking the lead on a number of the subsidiary businesses within the Group, working closely with the management teams within the civil engineering and drylining businesses to provide strategic support and help accelerate growth.
