Chartway is pleased to announce today the appointment of Aman Manku as our new Technical Director, bringing a wealth of experience and expertise to our pre-development team. Aman joins Chartway from Vistry, where he held the position of Kent Regional Technical Director.
In his new role, Aman will report to Clive Fuller and will take responsibility of overseeing the technical department. His responsibilities include ensuring the delivery of working drawings for all sites, managing consultants, overseeing building control and warranty provider conditions, and handling technical queries, among other crucial tasks. Aman’s role will also involve early collaboration with Planning and Development teams, emphasising the importance of designing schemes with technical compliance from the outset.
Aman’s expertise and experience in partnership and private homes development will play a crucial role in achieving our vision of new homes for everyone, driving technical excellence and innovation across our projects.
