As part of our commitment to encouraging women into the construction industry Chartway Partnerships Group are taking part in #National Women In Construction Week 6th March to 11th March which highlights the importance of women in the workforce.

We have formed a ‘Women In Construction’ focus group whose aim is to unlock opportunities and create a culture of possibility, to attract new, as well as retain and grow our female workforce.
