Chartway Partnerships Group is pleased to announce the appointment of Marc Wells as its new Commercial Director. Marc brings with him a wealth of experience from his successful career in the housebuilding sector, including his most recent role as Commercial Director at Countryside Partnerships.
During Marc’s tenure at Countryside, Marc implemented new commercial management and reporting analysis at regional and group level to support strategy and provide insight into cost reports, high-level and detailed cash flows, revenue projections as well as risk and reward metrics.
As the Commercial Director at Chartway, Marc will be reporting to Group Operations Director, Gavin Hunt and be responsible for the overall management of the commercial oversight of the private sale brand, Westerhill Homes by Chartway and JV business unit, Chartway Partnerships.
Marc’s appointment is aligned with Chartway Partnerships Group continued growth strategy and its commitment to hiring top talent. With his experience and skills from Countryside, Bovis and Berkeley Homes, Marc will be instrumental in helping Chartway achieve its commercial goals and objectives.
