Lauren joins leading house builder and developer Chartway Partnerships Group, from Faithdean Plc, where she delivered the compliance and environmental operations as well as managing, maintaining, and improving the Company’s Integrated Management System whilst maintaining the Company’s ISO9001, ISO14001, and ISO45001 accreditations.
Lauren is the first appointment in 2023 for the Chartway Partnerships Group, which together with its subsidiary companies has delivered close to 6,500 new homes in partnership with public and private sector partners as well as through its new homes brand, Westerhill Homes by Chartway.
Based in the Kent office, Lauren will be responsible for developing recommendations for the Group to achieve ambitions in carbon footprint reduction and advising on plans to create new homes that are low energy in operation to the benefit of the occupier.
