With an exceptional background in the housebuilding and affordable housing sectors, David joins Chartway with a proven track record of forging strong relationships with Housing Associations, Local Authorities and Fund Managers to deliver new homes.
Bringing a wealth of experience, David joins Chartway from the Thakeham Group, where he worked with the New Business and Partnerships team. Prior to Thakeham, David held a number of key positions during his tenure at Clarion Housing Group including Regional New Business Director and Project Director.
Throughout his career, he has collaborated closely with Registered Providers, Councils, and institutional investors across the South East, fostering results-driven partnerships to support the delivery and development of much-needed new homes.
As the newly appointed New Business and Partnerships Director, David will play a pivotal role in leading Chartway Partnerships Group’s geographic expansion plans, particularly in Sussex and Surrey. Leveraging his network and deep industry knowledge, he will be working with a diverse range of partners and stakeholders, forging new relationships and collaborations to advance the Chartway vision.
