The £105 million villages is expected to create one of the most desirable new housing developments in the region, offering a range of two, three, four and five bedroom homes for sale.
The development, which will reflect the best of Kent architecture with a contemporary waterfront treatment, will offer 300 high-quality, private residential homes, set in a spectacular countryside park and water-based leisure environment at Conningbrook Lakes in Ashford.
The residential development will fund the creation of the leisure park which is expected to offer some of the best facilities of its kind in the South East. A combination of sailing, canoeing, kayaking, swimming, walking, cycling and family friendly leisure will be available, right on the edge of open countryside and yet within easy striking distance of the town centre.
The implementation of the project will support the sustainable development of the town and help to attract inward investment to the Ashford Growth Area.
Tim McLoughlin, Projects Director at Chartway Group said: “This is a great partnership bringing clear benefits to the area. As a Kent-based company, county and community are our constant considerations and this development will be a further example of our commitment to excellence in what we do. “
Construction is expected to start on the site later this summer, with properties going on sale early in 2018.
