Chartway Construction was delighted to complete the construction of Yeomans House on behalf of clients MHS Homes, handing the building over to them on 28th October, twenty months after the build was commenced.
Demolition of previous structures on the site has enabled the construction of a 4/5 storey development of supported housing for over 55’s who are independently living; providing 54 one and two bedroom apartments with one guest room, twenty-nine parking spaces including three disabled spaces, and a drop-off/pick-up bay.
Designed by Brentwood based Sheppard & Angelo Architecture, in accordance with National Space Standards on layout, storage, individual amenity space of either a patio or balcony, and a pleasing outlook for each home. Included in the build were provision for mobility scooter storage, bicycle store, a communal Lounge and Kitchen and communal landscaped garden for residents to enjoy.
