Fresh Visions supports children, young people and adults facing extreme disadvantage as a result of poverty, domestic abuse, lack of education and social exclusion.
Air Ambulance Charity Kent Surrey Sussex (KSS) brings life saving expertise to over 3000 incidents a year. Operating 24 hours a day they are saving lives and improving patient outcomes from the skies above Kent, Surrey and Sussex.
Mary-Anne Staddon, Marketing at Corporate Social Responsibility Manager at Chartway Group who organised the sale said ‘We were delighted and amazed to see so many staff queuing ahead of the opening time of 11am on sale day, everyone was keen to bag a bargain and help the two charities at the same time. It was a brilliant day and we raised in excess of £3,300 for the charities which I know they will be very grateful to receive. We will be donating the remaining few items to a women’s refuge.
Joanne Weeden Sales & Marketing Director at Chartway Group said ‘Forstal Mead has been a very successful partnership between Optivo and Westerhill by Chartway Group, providing a mix of tenures of 2, 3 4 & 5 bedroom homes, including both affordable and privately owned homes. The scheme is now coming to a close and we pleased to have, together, raised so much money for both companies’ charities. The last few remaining homes at the development are still available. Interest is high so we would encourage customers to contact the sales team as soon as possible if they don’t want to miss out on the opportunity to live at this popular address’.
