The public consultation for the proposed Chartway Partnerships Group housing development at Alkerden Village in Ebbsfleet Garden City is now open. The next phase we propose to bring forward in partnership with Henley Camland, is a scheme for approximately 160 new homes, including a range of houses and apartments and affordable housing to meet the Council’s planning policy requirements.
