Friday Street Farm
The 36-acre Friday Street Farm site in Langney, Eastbourne, benefits from outline planning permission granted by Eastbourne Borough Council and Wealden District Council for the construction of 250 new homes under references WD/2020/1391/MAO and 190706.
Featuring a multi-tenure approach, the development will include Private Sale, Affordable, and Private Rent homes, creating a diverse and inclusive community, reflecting Chartway’s commitment to deliver Homes for Everyone.
Chartway has prepared new proposals to develop the detail of the homes and landscape elements of the approved outline scheme, which is due to be submitted to the Councils for approval later this year.
For our public consultation 16th April 2024, we created a series of visuals to help explain in detail our proposals for Friday Street Farm.
